Convenient payment options

At C.M.D.D. Dental Service and Repair, we make paying for your dental equipment service easy and secure. Choose the method that best suits your needs. Below is a link for our contact page where you are able to request a link to pay for your invoice/s. Provided the invoice number and office, send out the form and we will send you a direct link to your email or phone to process the payment, or just call directly to our office at (206-949-4269) and one of our members will be able to assist you, or if you have any questions or concerns.

How to make a payment

We offer multiple ways to settle your invoices. Please have your invoice number ready for all payment types.

Pay by credit card

For your convenience, we accept major credit cards for online transactions. Please note that a 2.75% transaction fee will be applied to all credit card payments. You will need to provide the following information:

  • Card number
  • Security code (CVV)
  • Your name and dental office name
  • Invoice number

Pay by check

To avoid online transaction fees, you are welcome to send a check. Please make checks payable to C.M.D.D. and mail them to our office. Ensure your invoice number is clearly written on the check.

Once your payment has been successfully processed, we will send a detailed receipt to your email address. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact our team.
